Lorraine Wright of Castle Valley, Utah, formerly of Rochester, died Saturday, April 16, 2011.  "She enrolled in the Baha’i Faith in 1937 and served it devotedly for the balance of her life."

Dr. Sherrill Burriss Kelly passed away on April 4, 2011.

Keumars "Q" Ahdieh passed away on April 2, 2011 at Bethany Pointe Health Campus-Anderson at the age of 70. Born October 18, 1940 in Tehran, Iran, Ahdieh was a fourth generation Baha'i and member of the Muncie Baha'i Community for many years.

Jihmye Collins, a poet, painter and activist, suffered a stroke and died on March 15 at the age of 71.

James Moody was a world-renowned, Grammy award-winning jazz saxophonist and flutist. He contributed music to Baha'i events, including the Second Baha'i World Congress in 1992, even before he formally enrolled in the Baha'i Faith.

When Naiyareh Karimimanesh lost her life, a gift was passed along to two other women through organ transplants.

Dan Seals, a much-loved pop and country music star who lent his voice and energy to the praise of Baha'u'llah internationally for over four decades, passed away on March 25, 2009, in Nashville, Tennessee after several years’ battle with lymphoma.  He was 61.
